Which telephony provider does Voice Agent use?

Under the hood it runs on ElevenLabs (voice) plus Twilio or Telnyx (phone number). You get a dedicated NL mobile or landline number as endpoint. SIP trunking porting of an existing number is supported from the Professional tier.

On which tiers is Voice Agent available?

Growth includes 30 call minutes per month, Professional 120 minutes, Enterprise no cap. Founding Member receives 60 minutes monthly for life. Extra minutes can be purchased through credit packs.

How long does Voice Agent onboarding take?

Three to four weeks. Week 1 connects the number and builds the knowledge base. Week 2 Clyde shadow-listens to real calls. Week 3 runs first live calls with human fallback. From week 4 the skill operates autonomously with sample review.
