Frequently asked questions about Founding
- What happens when the 10 spots are full?
- Then the Founding tier closes. No reopening, no exceptions. New agencies then start on the regular workspace-priced tiers (Growth €499 per workspace, Professional €399, Enterprise €299). You keep your €997 for unlimited workspaces, for life, as long as you stay active.
- Can I upgrade later to Professional or Enterprise?
- Yes, prorated. You cannot downgrade from Founding to Growth: your Founding price is exclusive to Founding.
- What exactly are "Pro-level caps"?
- You get all 12 skills with the same caps as the Professional tier, but at the Founding price. Concretely: Voice Agent 60 minutes per month, video ads 8 per month, Reels 8 per month, ManyChat 500 DMs per month, blogs 12 per month. Better than Growth, below Enterprise.
- What if I stop and want to start again later?
- Then you lose your Founding price. You return as a regular client on the tiers that are current at that point. Founding only applies as long as you stay active without interruption.
- Why no onboarding fee?
- Founding partners get the 4-week onboarding partnership free as a thank-you for the early trust. A one-time exception for these 10 spots.
